In my individual counseling work, I aim to offer more than just a place to process—I offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or searching for greater purpose, our work will be anchored in clarity, intention, and growth.

Together, we’ll explore the different areas of your life—relationships, career, health, identity—and begin to make sense of what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go from here. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I help you define targeted goals that are aligned with your values, and we build a roadmap that’s as practical as it is personal. This work is about integration—pulling the pieces of your life into focus so they move in the same direction.
